This Manaia was a free-styled Taonga made with spontaneous flow and creativity. Working with the free formed shape of the offcut, it came out with an intense and unique flow. A gorgeous black opal inlay really tops it off and a touch of finesse with a brown cord. This is definitely a special Taonga.

Our contemporary Tahei or Pendants can represent many different things depending on the shape, size, and creative insight when carved. For the most part, we leave it up our customers to determine for themselves what it represents. We like to do things differently, and that is why some of our Taonga are unique to us.
A signed and dated Certificate of Authenticity will come with this Taonga.

    If we are out of finished product, you can PRE-ORDER. Due to stone having different veining character, not all sculptures will look the same. This is a natural occurrence for our PRE-ORDER items. Our production is limited to the stone available. To secure stone, if still available, we do require a 50% deposit. This ensures you secure the stone required for 8 weeks. This deposit is non refundable. Full payment will need to be made in our account before we release any products to the customer.
