This Patu is much more sleek and light weight than our general design, which makes it light weight. What we really appreciate about this stone is the incredible character and deep green colours. A marble base and engraving of up to three words can be added. The base purchase will be charged separately.

Mere or Patu were originally used by Māori in hand-to-hand combat. They were also utilized as an everyday tool for cutting and striking objects. These sacred ancent Māori Taonga symbols of mana (authority), status, cultural identity, and important relationships.
