We take pride in our variety and range of different designs and kohatu/stone. This Patu is another one of our many expressions. With purpose, we have made space for a photo inlay on this Patu. A small manaia sculpted into the side asell. It is a full sculpted Patu on both sides. This Patu can come on a mapere base which can have up to 3 words engraved ( sold separately )

Mere or Patu were originally used by Māori in hand-to-hand combat. They were also utilized as an everyday tool for cutting and striking objects. These sacred ancent Māori Taonga are symbols of mana (authority), status, cultural identity, and important relationships.
